Research and Development Engineer
Xeptagon is an innovation-driven software company building complex state-of-the-art
software
systems used in AI applications, big data applications, and low latency systems. Our
fast-growing development team works on multiple strategic projects for clients based in
Hong Kong, Hungary, Norway, Singapore, Sri Lanka and the USA.
We are looking for a talented, motivated, young engineer with a passion for innovation
to join a new production team that we are forming to tackle strategic projects for
clients based in Singapore and Hong Kong. You will be responsible for conducting
research on new technologies, coordinating R&D activities, designing, developing, and
performing market research for the projects conducted by Xeptagon. You will also be a
key contributor to the strategy and development of our systems and will be working
closely with a global pool of experts.
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related disciple.
- Yearning to research and an insightful follower of emerging technologies, modern
business trends with multi-skilled knowledge in software, hardware, and technology stacks. - Passion for innovation, possessing a creative mindset along with numerous thinking patterns.
- Experience or knowledge in agile methodology, practices, tools, and ability to
implant agile background into the development work. - Ability to handle large datasets and engage in high-level data analysis.
- Possessing strong communication skills along with good business and analytical
skills since you will have to interact with clients across the globe.
