We are looking for a talented, motivated and expert Associate Tech Lead / Tech Lead with extensive knowledge of software engineering, distributed systems, and latency development to work on our cutting-edge software technology. In an agile delivery setting, you are expected to work closely with our globally deployed expert team to lead, motivate, and collaborate with other members.

Role Overview

Lead and mentor cross-functional squads shipping production systems in fintech, climate, and data platforms.
Own architecture decisions for distributed, low-latency services and data-intensive workloads.
Collaborate closely with globally distributed teams to deliver iterative, high-quality releases.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 4+ years experience in Software Development.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
Very good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Design.
Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience on multiple tech stacks.
Experience with application performance tuning.
Eagerness to learn other coding languages and technologies in a short time.
